Michelin-starred restaurants


Their heads in the stars, five local chefs have a total of eight stars in the much-coveted Michelin Guide: Yoann Conte, Stéphane Dattrino, Georges Paccard, Laurent Petit and Marc Veyrat. Another chef is also honoured as the 2018 Gault & Millau Chef of the Year, Jean Sulpice. They work lovingly with produce from the lake and the local area, exalting the herbs and flowers of the mountain pastures in their creative, ever-surprising cuisine.
